1. Who we are
This website and the Winning Formula session are operated by Max Avedon (Level Plus) ("we", "us", "our"). We are the controller responsible for the personal information described in this policy.
If you have any questions about this policy or how we handle your information, contact us at info@levelplus.me.
2. Information we collect
We collect information in three ways: information you give us, information we collect automatically, and information we receive from third parties.
a. Information you provide to us
- Application and booking details — when you complete the application form or book a session, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and the answers you give about your area of expertise, your stage, and your readiness to invest in advertising.
- Scheduling information — when you pick a time, our scheduling provider records the date, time, and any details you add.
- Communications — if you email us or reply to our messages, we keep that correspondence and its contents.
b. Information we collect automatically
- Device and usage data — IP address, approximate location (derived from IP), browser type, device type, operating system, referring page, the pages you view, and how you interact with them.
- Session and behaviour data — through analytics tools we record pageviews, clicks, scrolling, and similar interaction events, and may capture anonymised session recordings and heatmaps to understand how the site is used. We mask the content of form fields in these recordings.
- Cookies and similar technologies — see the Cookies & tracking section below.
c. Information from third parties
- Advertising platforms — when you reach us through an ad, the advertising platform may share limited campaign and event data with us, and our pixel reports your actions on this site back to that platform.
- Service providers — our scheduling, email, hosting, and analytics providers process data on our behalf and may return aggregated reporting to us.
3. How we use your information
We use the information we collect to:
- schedule, prepare for, and deliver your free Winning Formula session;
- send you the materials and bonus resources you requested by email, and related session reminders and follow-ups;
- respond to your messages and provide support;
- measure and improve our website, content, and offers, and to understand which campaigns work;
- show and measure relevant advertising, including remarketing to people who have visited this site;
- protect the security and integrity of our website and prevent fraud or abuse;
- comply with our legal obligations and enforce our terms.
We do not sell your personal information for money. We may "share" certain online identifiers with advertising partners for cross-context behavioural advertising — see the California notice for how to opt out.
4. Legal bases for processing (EEA/UK)
If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we rely on the following legal bases:
- Consent — for non-essential cookies, marketing emails, and advertising/analytics tracking. You can withdraw consent at any time.
- Performance of a contract / steps at your request — to schedule and deliver the session and materials you asked for.
- Legitimate interests — to operate, secure, and improve our website and to understand how it performs, balanced against your rights.
- Legal obligation — where we must keep or disclose information to comply with the law.
5. Cookies & tracking technologies
Cookies are small files stored on your device. We and our partners use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies for three purposes:
- Strictly necessary — make the site work, remember your cookie choices, and keep it secure. These cannot be switched off.
- Analytics — help us understand how visitors use the site, including session recordings and heatmaps (Microsoft Clarity).
- Advertising — measure ad performance and show relevant ads on other platforms, including remarketing (Meta Pixel).
When you first visit, our cookie banner lets you accept all cookies or decline non-essential ones. You can also control cookies through your browser settings and opt out of interest-based advertising through the platform tools listed below. Declining non-essential cookies will not affect your ability to book a session.
6. How we share information
We share personal information only as described here:
- Service providers (processors) who act on our instructions, including providers of hosting and databases, email delivery, scheduling, and analytics.
- Advertising and analytics partners, as described in the next section.
- Legal and safety — where required by law, to respond to lawful requests, or to protect our rights, users, or the public.
- Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this policy.
We do not sell your personal information for money.
7. Advertising & analytics partners
We use the following third-party tools. Each has its own privacy policy governing how it processes data:
- Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms, Inc.) — advertising measurement and remarketing. See Meta's Privacy Policy and ad controls in your Meta account settings.
- Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft Corporation) — analytics, session recordings, and heatmaps. See the Microsoft Privacy Statement.
- Calendly — appointment scheduling. See the Calendly Privacy Notice.
- Email service provider — to deliver the materials, reminders, and follow-ups you requested. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in each message.
You can opt out of many interest-based ads through the Digital Advertising Alliance and the European Interactive Digital Advertising Alliance.
8. International data transfers
We operate internationally, and our service providers may process your information in countries outside your own, including the United States, the European Union, and Ukraine. Where we transfer personal information out of the EEA or the UK, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses. You may contact us for more information about these safeguards.
9. How long we keep your information
We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes described in this policy — to deliver your session and materials, to maintain our records, and to meet legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. When we no longer need it, we delete it or anonymise it. You can ask us to delete your information at any time, subject to the exceptions in the law.
10. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have some or all of the following rights:
- Access — request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
- Correction — ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete information.
- Deletion — ask us to delete your personal information.
- Restriction and objection — ask us to limit or stop certain processing, including direct marketing.
- Portability — receive your information in a portable format.
- Withdraw consent — where we rely on consent, withdraw it at any time without affecting prior processing.
- Opt out of "sale" or "sharing" of personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising.
- Complain — lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
To exercise any of these rights, email us at info@levelplus.me. We will respond within the time required by applicable law and may need to verify your identity first. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
11. Notice for California residents
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended by the CPRA) gives you the rights to know, delete, and correct your personal information, to opt out of its sale or sharing, and to limit the use of sensitive personal information, all without discrimination.
In the past 12 months we have collected the categories of personal information described in Section 2 (identifiers, contact and commercial information, internet/usage activity, and approximate location), for the business purposes described in Section 3.
Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information. We do not sell your information for money. We do "share" online identifiers and activity with advertising partners (for example, through the Meta Pixel) for cross-context behavioural advertising. To opt out, decline non-essential cookies in our cookie banner, enable a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal in your browser, or email us at info@levelplus.me.
You may use an authorised agent to submit a request on your behalf.
12. How we protect your information
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your information against loss, misuse, and unauthorised access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we work to protect your information and review our safeguards regularly.
13. Children's privacy
Our website and services are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
14. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. If the changes are significant, we will take reasonable steps to notify you. Please review this page periodically.
